MEDIATION

Eagle Resolutions started as a mediation practice many years ago. Mediation is a Dispute Resolution technique that can remove the need for lengthy, expensive and uncertain litigation. This is through a less formal but structured process that identifies the issues in dispute, provides for a fair and respectful discussion, and seeks to arrive at a mutual agreement that resolves the dispute. In doing this, Eagle Resolutions has assisted clients achieve workable resolutions to a range of disputes, creating lasting outcomes and avoiding complex court hearings.
